Frequently asked questions
01 Where is the Crooke dental clinic in Andújar?
Calle Ollerías 25, in the centre of Andújar. It is the group’s only clinic in the province of Jaén, so it saves the trip to the capital for treatment that is normally only found there.
02 What are the opening hours?
Tuesday and Wednesday 8:00 to 17:00, Thursday 8:00 to 16:00 and Friday 9:00 to 14:00. Closed on Mondays. Opening at eight means appointments before the working day starts, which is what most people ask for.
03 Do I have to go to Jaén or Córdoba for complex treatment?
Not for the workup or for the bulk of the treatment. Digital diagnosis, planning and implant work are done here, with the same equipment as at the rest of the group’s clinics. Only surgery that needs a theatre is coordinated elsewhere.
04 Do you have a 3D scanner at the Andújar clinic?
Yes. It is the difference between planning an implant on data and estimating it from a flat X-ray. Intraoral scanning and digital design are also done in the surgery, without sending you to another centre for the imaging.
05 What does the first assessment cost?
Nothing. Examination, scan and a 3D X-ray if the case needs one, with the diagnosis explained and the quote in writing at that same visit.
06 Can I bring a quote from another dentist for a second opinion?
Yes. Bring the quote and any X-rays. We check whether the diagnosis behind it holds up and say so plainly, including when the plan you were given was the right one.
07 Do you treat nervous patients?
Yes, and often people who have not been to a dentist in a long time. Say so when you book: we set aside more time than usual and start with the least invasive part, without laying the whole plan on you at once.
08 Is the treatment guaranteed?
Yes, in writing on the quote and tied to the reviews. Those reviews happen here, which is what makes keeping to them for years realistic.
